This is what I get for not checking Matt Thomas’ “The Right Side of New Berlin,” on a regular basis:
Criminal Complaint Filed Against Linda Richter
On [April 5, 2008], JJ Blonien filed a complaint with the Waukesha County District Attorney's office regarding alleged criminal violations committed by Linda Richter, Rush Wilkens and Ray McInerney. According to Blonien's complaint (which is re-printed at the bottom of this post for your reading) these three political operatives blatantly lied three times about Blonien.
As they say on the TV show COPS, "all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law," so let's not jump to any conclusions yet. It really does look bad though for the We Care New Berlin "Gang of 3" (Linda Richter, Rush Wilkens & Ray McInerney) doesn't it?
According to Blonien's complaint, Richter, Wilkens and McInerny:
- Claimed that Blonien lost a lawsuit regarding Tom Reynolds.
- Claimed that Blonien Lost a lawsuit with the Wauwatosa City Clerk.
- Claimed that Blonien was involved in at least 140 lawsuits.
The truth of the matter is that Blonien wasn't involved with any lawsuit regarding Tom Reynolds or the Wauwatosa City Clerk. He also was involved in only eight lawsuits total, not the 140 that Richter, Wilkens and McInerny pretended into existence.
Linda Richter, Rush Wilkens, Ray McInerny and this We Care New Berlin group really have some explaining to do don't they?
JJ Blonien issued a press release in which he stated that the state statute involved says that "violators may be fined not more than $1,000, or imprisoned not more than 6 months or both."
I sure hope we get some answers soon from Richter, Wilkens and McInerny.

WOW! If these allegations are true, I’ll be very disappointed in Linda Richter.

I really have to say, Kowalski is sooooo right "Actions have Consequences" and Linda Richters a*s is in the sling and those are the consequences!
