This man is unfit to be Commander–in-Chief.

Didn't President Bush do something like that at the World Trade Center site after 9-11? Oh, wait...no, he didn't.

Maybe it was President Reagan after the Challenger disaster? No, no that didn't happen either.

President Clinton after the USS Cole bombing? I don't think so.

Is it possible you're getting this confused with President Reagan's comments on the 1983 terrorist bombing attack on the U.S. Marines Beirut barracks that killed 222 Marines?
